1. Orders

Your order will be set to ship within two weeks from your date of payment. Creator Shydoe Art is just one small lady, so only one set of hands are available to make each order. If you need your order expidited, please let me know and I will do my best to make that happen!

Also, please note that during online sales, holidays, or other time for peak sales, it may take a little longer (up to four weeks). But I will always do my best to keep within the two week window! 

2. Shipping

All pieces will be sent via USPS (United State Postal Service)I will ship other methods, however, please contact me first.

Canadian and Everywhere else Customers, your packages are also mailed within 2-4 weeks. Please note that if your package is held up in customs the duration of your delivery will take longer. International buyers are solely responsible for any and all duties or taxes.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise through the shipping process unless additional shipping insurance has been purchased by the buyer. Please contact me for rates. (But if this does happen I will try my best to make things right!)

P.S. Remember to recycle! I reuse shipping materials as much as I can. Please consider recycling or reusing the shipping materials that your order is shipped in. Mother Nature will thank you for it!
